Last last week seyDoggy unleashed another new RapidWeaver theme with ExtraContent, Sleeker Ultimate. Making use of two EC areas, pre and post content, Sleeker is definitely a great looking and very versatile theme. With rounded corners, great texture and lighting effects, Sleeker is a theme that can keep up with today’s web trends.
One other thing that sets Sleeker apart is the split-hybrid navigation system that allows nested pages to be displayed both in a tidy drop down and in a vertical sidebar format. For more information, check out Sleeker Ultimate.
Back on July 24th, seyDoggy released the final 5 themes of the 10 that they had brought over from Theme Weaver. One of those themes, TW009, saw some significant upgrades… including the addition ExtraContent.
TW009 makes use of two EC areas, a pre-content and post content area that are visually separate from the main body of content but sharing the same design characteristics.
Another unique feature of TW009 is it’s header which can display up to 5 header images at once. Very cool. Check out the new and improved TW009.
Continuing their tendency to refresh and revive classic themes that would otherwise fall by the way-side, seyDoggy has recently reconstituted med-designs Lights Pro theme under the name Lights2. More then a simple update, Lights2 is a completely rebuilt theme making it faster and more flexible then ever imagined in the past. And yes, of course, Lights2 is enabled with the very popular ExtraContent.
Check out Lights2 at the seyDesign RapidWeaver theme store.

Today seyDoggy released an update to their Gotem theme, adding one more ExtraContent to allow the insertion of text into the “traditional” sidebar area.
There was numerous requests for the ability for users to add content in their RapidWeaver sites to the “traditional” sidebar area in our Gotem theme.
By default, content added to the sidebar field in RapidWeaver gets added to the area just beside the header image. With the new third ExtraContent area you can now add sidebar content to it’s traditional location along side the main content area.
This tutorial covers how to utilize the new ExtraContent area to get text into the traditional sidebar location.
