Over the past few months there has been an explosion of new themes and theme updates that are all boasting ExtraContent. It’s an exciting time in the world of RapidWeaver themes as the possibilities become seemingly endless.

Exposure has 3 EC areas, on the header above the title/slogan, between the content and the footer and below the footer. Exposure has a jquery fading dropdownmenu. Down- and Right-Arrows show the menu-items with sublevels for clear navigation through your website. When opening a page the menu slides down with a fading effect. You can disable the sliding in the Theme Styles.

Back on May 4th NimbleHost released Glide, their newest ExtraContent enabled theme. Glide also has some nice javascript animations, a 3 tier navigation system, FancyZoom enabled and oodles of customizations.

Another developer has joined the ranks of those who have ExtraContent enabled themes. Jonathan Head of NimbleHost has added a third RapidWeaver theme, Unity, to their lineup, this one now with ExtraContent in 5 different places. I can’t tell you how thrilling it is to see the uptake of ExtraContent like this.
