His latest theme, AutoCue has four optional ExtraContent areas; above the title, between the slogan and the menu, between the content and the footer and below the footer.

But not to overshadow the other options, AutoCue has a neat auto scrolling function that makes it possible to limit the height of your layout, while making the overflow easy to access just by hovering over a an arrow or two. Check out Henk’s AutoCue.
